Once you know your way around the top nav, this is the fastest path from a fresh signup to your first invoice, and every stop has its own guided lesson: set up your company profile (logo, timezone, trade types, license number, everything a customer sees on a PDF), get familiar with the dashboard, add your first customer (the root every other record hangs off of), then run the fundamental loop of scheduling a job, marking it complete, and sending an invoice in Job to Invoice to Payment. If you bid work first, learn progressive billing and retention; either way, put jobs on the calendar. If you run leads before bids, work the pipeline first, and once invoices start coming in, check your numbers in Analytics and P&L.
