The top nav is organized by what you do day to day, in three groups separated by thin dividers: a primary group (Customers, Leads, Bids, Jobs, Invoices, Projects, Recurring, Pricebook, Vendors) for the records you create and edit constantly, a schedule group (Timesheet, Calendar, Messages) for the workflow tools your team uses while jobs are in flight, and a financials group (Financials, Payments) for the numbers and the money plumbing. Owners whose company has the website service also see Website at the very end, outlined in orange with a Service badge: your Conduit-built website: set it up, see it live, request changes. Every page has a single bookmarkable URL, no nested menus on desktop. On mobile the same items live behind a hamburger button.
