The Jobs page has two layouts. The default list groups jobs standalone vs. by project, with status filter chips across the top. Search checks the entire job list, not just the visible page, across job numbers, titles, descriptions and notes, status, customer and project details, site address, assigned technicians, source bid items, purchase orders, custom values, and money amounts. Every word must match somewhere on the same job, so a search such as Alvarez camera can combine a customer with a line item; amounts work with or without a dollar sign. The Pipeline (kanban) view groups every active job into one column per status; drag a card between columns, or use the mobile quick-action buttons on a narrow screen, to move it forward. Archive all clears an entire Completed column in one step, and archiving a single job hides it without deleting it.
- Switch to the list view before filtering by status.
- Search for two details from the same job, such as a customer and line item, then clear the search.
- Filter the list to a single status.
- Switch to the Pipeline board.
- Move a job forward a status.
- Archive a job from the board.
- Archive every completed job at once.
