Notification Templates

Control, preview, and test automatic customer messages using approved SMS wording and customizable email templates.

Updated Oct 4, 2026 · 4 min read · For Owner + Office + Sales

Notification templates keep routine customer updates consistent while letting your company control the channel, timing, and enabled events. SMS messages use reviewed transactional wording so required business identity and Reply STOP instructions stay intact. Email subjects and bodies remain customizable.

Your texting registration appears above the SMS templates. Add your legal business details and authorized representative to start carrier review. The card shows your current limits, verification status, and expected campaign approval dates, and updates each minute during review and switching. The red dashboard notice opens the same form; dismiss it for seven days, or dismiss the website offer permanently.

Alerts for your team and the Daily Summary

The Team tab controls the alerts Conduit sends your own people, not your customers. Bid viewed tells whoever created the bid the first time the customer opens it (a push notification, plus an email and a text when those are switched on for that row). Link previews in chat apps and email scanners don’t count as the customer opening it, and later visits don’t send it again.

The Daily Summary tab sets up one email at the end of the day (6 PM in your company’s timezone unless you change it) to your owners and admins, or to the people you pick. It’s on for new companies. By default it covers invoice delivery failures, invoices sent, payments received, bids viewed, and bids accepted or declined; tick or untick any section, including invoices that went overdue, bids sent, jobs completed, and jobs scheduled. Bids viewed lists bids a customer opened that day and hasn’t answered yet; a bid that was opened and then accepted or declined the same day shows only under Bids accepted or declined. A day with nothing to report sends nothing. Every summary ends with a link back to this tab, where you can change what it includes or turn it off.

Customer consent still controls SMS delivery. Continue with Customer Text Messages to see how opt-in, STOP, START, and company numbers work.
