The Financials tab is your dashboard for money right now: six clickable metric cards on top (Revenue This Month, Revenue This Year, Outstanding, Overdue, Open Bids, Accepted Bids), each one drilling into the underlying list, with accounts receivable aging below. The AR list breaks down every customer with an outstanding balance, sorted by amount owed, with a color-coded aging bar (green for 0-30 days, amber for 31-60, orange for 61-90, red for 90+). Scanning for orange and red bars is the fastest way to build your collections call list for the day. Try the live snapshot below.
- Read the six metric cards: revenue this month and year, outstanding, overdue, and the bid pipeline.
- Read the owed-by-customer aging list and its color-coded bars.
- Click a customer row to drill into their record.
- Click Show all to expand the full list of customers with a balance.
