Week view shows a seven-day strip: a simple list on mobile, a time grid on desktop. Day view is the focused agenda for one date, reached either by picking the Day tab or by clicking a day in month view. Both show the same job chips as month view, just with more room per job. Today jumps back to the current date from wherever you’ve navigated, and New Job is always one click away in the header. A recurring series can be hidden from the grid without pausing it, useful when a customer’s projected visits are cluttering a busy week.
- Switch between Day, Week, and Month.
- Jump back to today.
- See the mobile week view at a narrow width.
- Click New Job to start a job from the calendar.
- Read the legend for standard, scheduled recurring, and projected recurring markers.
- Hide a recurring series' projected occurrences.
Calendar shell: Day / Week / Month switch, Today jump, the mobile week view, the New Job quick action, the legend, and per-series visibility toggles.
A viewer without permission to view jobs (a technician tier the owner has switched this off for) sees an explicit message instead of a silently empty grid.
