Certify by hand, or reject

Lesson 19 of 20 · Forms & Contracts

Certify records an architect’s paper certificate (refused while a signing request is open, until anyone who can certify voids it); Reject takes a reason and unwinds the draw.

  1. Certify, leaving the amount as-is to certify the full request.
  2. Reject with a reason; this period's value returns to the schedule for the next application.

A submitted application's action bar: Certify and Reject.

Reject The invoice The waivers The architect’s request
Voids The invoice; voiding it yourself is refused: “Reject pay application PA-… instead” Every waiver not yet received, signed ones included An open request; the architect’s link reads “no longer available”
Keeps The reason, on the application; no one is told Received waivers, which the counterparty already holds A completed certificate, kept as evidence
