SMS editing offers reviewed Standard and Concise choices instead of a free-form text box. Conduit supplies the customer, job, invoice, bid, receipt, and company details when the message is sent. Text entered into those records cannot add a link to an SMS; document links are generated by Conduit. If your company has an older custom SMS template, its stored text is retained for review, but customers receive the safe Standard message until you choose and save an approved style.

The preview shows the complete message, including your business identity and the Reply STOP instruction. Those protected parts cannot be removed. This restriction applies to CRM lead auto-replies too. It does not change email editing.
