After Generate takeoff finishes, choose Review takeoff. Every symbol the AI found is outlined on its sheet, and the panel beside the plan counts them, one row per item you price: a class such as Duplex receptacle, or a lighting fixture type such as L5A.
- Accepted symbols have a solid outline in their row’s colour. Symbols still To verify have a dashed amber outline. Rejected symbols stay on the plan, faded and struck through. The AI’s outlines are double; your own counts are filled dots.
- Next to verify (or N) zooms the plan to the next symbol to verify and opens its card. Accept (Y) or Reject (X) saves it and moves on; Previous (P) goes back. Click any outline to open its card.
- Click a row to show only its symbols on the plan and list the sheets they are on. Click it again to show everything.
- Review as tiles on a row opens its symbols to verify side by side, each with its outline: click each to accept or reject it (or press a and r), or Accept all AI-confirmed, then Save. You have a few seconds to undo.
- List on a row shows its symbols one by one. Find similar there starts from a symbol you trust and searches every selected sheet again. New finds are listed as To verify.
- Classes not found on any selected sheet share one row at the bottom; open it to see them.
- New takeoff runs again from the AI takeoff tab, starting from the last run’s pages. The earlier run stays under Previous takeoffs.
- Needs your attention shows one row per kind of problem with a count, such as Examples not confirmed. Open a row to see its pages or symbols. Use this symbol anyway saves that example so the next takeoff counts it.
- Page problems, such as Two scales or Not read, also show as a badge on that page in a row’s sheet list.
- Generate bid is always available; the number of symbols still to verify shows beside it. The bid leaves them out and prices one row per class or fixture type. Prices you picked before are filled in, and pricebook items that match by name are suggested. Pick a price for any row marked Needs pricing; Conduit remembers it.
- Choose Review takeoff to see every symbol marked on the plan.
- Choose the Duplex receptacle row to show only its symbols.
- Review it as tiles, accept the AI-confirmed ones, and save.
- List the row and find similar symbols from one you trust.
- Open Examples not confirmed and use the GFI example anyway.
- Generate the bid.
- Pick a price for Junction box.
- Open manual takeoff for anything else.
