HELP
Recurring Schedules

Create a new schedule

Click New Schedule to open the modal. One form covers the template: who it’s for, how often, who runs it. Billing (line items, delivery, autopay) is configured afterward on the schedule’s own detail page, not here, so a brand-new schedule is born a draft with nothing set that could silently bill the wrong amount.

  1. Open the New Schedule modal.
  2. Type a title.
  3. Select the customer.
  4. Pick a project, scoped to that customer.
  5. Choose a frequency preset.
  6. Click Create custom to build an every-N frequency instead.
  7. Save the custom frequency.
  8. Set the preferred time of day.
  9. See the day-of-month field for a monthly-and-up cadence.
  10. Change Frequency to Weekly.
  11. See the day-of-week field for a weekly cadence.
  12. Set the start date.
  13. Optionally set an end date.
  14. Choose a job type.
  15. Assign a default technician.
  16. Click Create Schedule to save.

New Schedule modal: title, customer, project scoped to that customer, frequency presets plus a custom every-N builder, preferred time, day-of-week or day-of-month, start and end dates, job type, and assigned technician.

Project is optional. A schedule without one is a standalone schedule: it never shows up on any project card, since a project card only ever shows the schedules attached to that specific project. The customer’s own detail page is where a standalone schedule stays visible, with an Attach to project shortcut that opens this same edit form back here filtered to that schedule. See Adding Customers for that side of it.
