In a real project, keep retains an older source proof and any human-edited price, with a visible stale-source task. Replace uses the current compatible reviewed source. Remove deletes a prior contribution when its source is no longer selected or approved. The preview subtotal counts proposed source components only; the saved bid total includes kept and manual lines. If a source, company profile or bid task changes during apply, the panel refreshes the current evidence and retains your choices and reasons for an explicit new acknowledgement and preview. Historical source proof remains readable but cannot navigate onto a different drawing version.
Page-level scope tasks can open the current drawing page even when there is no highlighted shape. Expand any recorded unsupported-content list to inspect all limitations. These tasks remain visible after saving, including any explicit exclusion and its reason. Use manual takeoff for quantities the available evidence cannot establish.
