Archiving is reversible. Open an archived customer (find them with Show Archived on the list) and the top-right actions change: Reactivate restores them to the active list, and Delete Permanently starts a type-to-confirm purge that erases the record entirely, for example when a customer exercises a privacy right.
- Click Delete Permanently, type the customer's name to confirm, and complete the purge. The demo then resets.
- Click Reactivate to restore this archived customer.
