Branding Your Bids

Add your company logo and mission statement for the bid PDF and public bid link, plus your logo on the public invoice payment page.

Updated May 6, 2026 · 5 min read · For Owner

Your logo and mission statement live on the company profile, not on each individual bid. Set them once and they appear on the bid PDF and the public bid link. Your logo also appears on the public invoice payment page.

01Open Settings

From the dashboard, click your avatar in the top-right corner. In the dropdown that appears, choose Settings.

  1. Avatar. Your initial in an orange circle, top-right of every page.
  2. Settings. Second item in the dropdown, below Profile. Goes straight to the Company Profile tab.

The first card on the Company Profile tab is Company Logo.

  1. Logo preview. A square thumbnail of your current logo. The small red X removes it.
  2. Change Logo. Picks a new file. The label switches between Upload Logo and Change Logo depending on whether you have one set.
  3. File rules. PNG, JPEG, GIF, or WebP. Max 5MB. Square works best.

The logo now appears on:

  • The bid PDF your customer downloads or you email them.
  • The public bid view, which is the link customers click to accept or decline.
  • The public invoice payment page your customer opens from an invoice link.

03Write your mission statement

Scroll past Business Information to the Mission Statement card (it sits between Business Information and Address). This field is optional, capped at 500 characters, and free-form.

  1. Mission Statement. Card heading.
  2. Helper text. Reminds you where it appears.
  3. Textarea. Type one or two sentences. Press Tab to leave the field, then click Save Changes at the bottom of the page.
  4. Character counter. Live count of how close you are to the 500-character limit.

One or two sentences is the sweet spot. Examples: 'Quality electrical work, on time and on budget' or 'Family-owned plumbing serving the Front Range since 1998.'

04See it on the customer-facing bid

Once saved, the next bid you send (or any unsent bid) picks up the change automatically. There are two bid surfaces where customers see the mission statement.

Public bid view

This is the customer-facing link, the URL Conduit generates when you click Send to Customer.

  1. Logo. Top-left of the header strip.
  2. Company name and trade. Right of the logo.
  3. Mission statement. Italic line directly under the header, before the bid details.

Bid PDF

This is the file your customer downloads or that you email as an attachment.

  1. Logo. Top-left of page 1.
  2. Company name. Below the logo, in your accent style.
  3. Address + contact line. A single grey line beneath the name.
  4. Mission statement. Italic line below the contact info, just before the horizontal rule that opens the bid details.

Public invoice payment page

The invoice payment link uses your company branding differently. It shows your logo on the public payment page, but it does not show the mission statement. The invoice PDF does not render either the logo or the mission statement.

What if I don’t see it?

  • Logo missing on the PDF but shows on the web view. PNG, JPEG, GIF, and WebP are accepted by the upload. PNG or JPEG is safest when you need consistent PDF rendering.
  • Mission statement empty on the bid. The field is optional, so leaving it blank hides it everywhere, which is intentional. To turn it off, just clear the field and save.
  • I uploaded a new logo but the old one still shows. Hard-refresh your browser (Cmd+Shift+R or Ctrl+Shift+R). Logos cache aggressively in browsers.
