The top navigation

The top nav is the same on every page: your logo on the left, Help and your profile menu on the right, and every major section of Conduit across the bottom row, organized in three groups separated by thin dividers. A primary group (Customers, Leads, Projects, Jobs, Invoices, Calendar, Recurring) for the records you create and edit constantly, an operations group (Timesheet, Messages, Pricebook, Vendors) for the workflow tools your team uses while jobs are in flight, and a financials group (Financials, Payments) for the numbers and the money plumbing. Every page has a single bookmarkable URL, no nested menus on desktop. On mobile the same items live behind a hamburger button, see Dashboard and Navigation for the mobile layout.

The widget below is the real navigation bar, not a mockup. Click through every item; each one swaps the content area for a short description of what actually lives there.

3. Click Jobs.
4. Click Invoices.
5. Click Projects.
6. Click Recurring.
7. Click Pricebook.
8. Click Vendors.
9. Click Timesheet.
10. Click Calendar.
11. Click Messages.
12. Click Financials.
13. Click Payments.
14. Open Taxes & Exports to keep QuickBooks or Xero in sync and get ready for taxes.
15. Open Integrations to check connection availability.
16. Open the Help menu.
17. Open your profile menu.
18. Switch between light and dark mode.
