StartPrice list files
- Services or materials. Map a Type column (service or material) if your file mixes both. Without one, Conduit asks whether everything in the file is services or materials before you import.
- Same name, different category. An item whose name matches an existing item under a different category is imported as its own item. A name and category that both match an existing item are reported as a duplicate and skipped.
- Housecall Pro price book exports. Conduit recognizes the services and materials exports from Housecall Pro’s price book and says so on the mapping screen. See Migrating from Housecall Pro, under “Price book spreadsheet exports”.
