Migrating to Conduit

Migrating from Service Fusion

Move supported Service Fusion data into Conduit with OAuth consumer credentials.

Updated Aug 28, 2026 · 2 min read · For Owner + Prospect

Conduit imports supported Service Fusion records through a direct connector. Your source account is not changed during the migration.

01Get your Service Fusion credentials

  1. In Service Fusion, go to Admin → Developer Settings → OAuth Consumer.
  2. Copy the Client ID and Client Secret for your OAuth consumer.
  3. Keep the secret private. Do not send it by email or paste it anywhere except the Conduit migration form.

02Connect to Conduit

  1. In Conduit, open Settings → Import Data → Import from Another Tool.
  2. Select Service Fusion.
  3. Enter the Client ID and Client Secret, then click Connect & Start Import.
  4. Review the records Conduit finds before starting the import.

03What transfers

  1. Customers. Customer identity, contact details, addresses, and supported notes.
  2. Jobs. Job details, status, schedule, customer relationship, and service address.
  3. Estimates as bids. Supported estimate totals and line items become Conduit bids.
  4. Invoices. Invoice details, status, totals, dates, customer and job relationships, and supported line items.

04What does not transfer

  • Technicians and team members. Invite your team in Conduit after the import.
  • Payments. Retain your Service Fusion payment history for reference.
  • Pricebook items. Build or import your Conduit price list separately.

05Re-running an import

You can safely run the migration again. Conduit uses Service Fusion record IDs to recognize jobs, estimates, and invoices that were already imported, and skips those records instead of creating duplicates.

After importing, spot-check customer details, job schedules, bid totals, and invoice balances before ending your Service Fusion subscription.
