Open Integrations from the app menu. The directory separates ongoing connections from one-time imports, and shows whether each connection belongs to your company or just to you. Company configuration permission is required to manage connections.

Lessons in this guide
Available connections and next steps
- Stripe Payments: connect payments to collect customer invoice payments. Your Conduit subscription is separate. Card surcharging is unavailable.
- Google Calendar: calendar setup connects your personal account. Job changes flow from Conduit into Google.
- Text and email notifications: review notification templates and SMS consent. These are included services governed by recipient preferences and delivery availability.
- Import Data: migration tools bring supported records into Conduit. A one-time import is not continuous synchronization.
Coming soon integrations
QuickBooks Online accounting and ADI Global Distribution are Coming soon. CompanyCam normally shows Coming soon too; explicitly approved pilot companies may see limited authorization controls. Pilot authorization does not establish that photo imports have been accepted or enabled. Entering credentials elsewhere does not enable these tools. This guide shows the normal unavailable state rather than simulating successful provider setup.
QuickBooks accounting will be managed in the Taxes workspace; it is distinct from the one-time QuickBooks migration importer. ADI’s intended scope starts with dealer-specific pricing and inventory; full catalog synchronization and order availability must not be assumed. CompanyCam is intended for selected jobsite photos; automatic photo synchronization is not advertised as available.
