The My Time page is everyone’s personal timesheet, from technicians to owners. A Week / Month toggle switches between a daily grid and a calendar summary of the same data, and an active clock-in shows as a banner at the top no matter which view you’re in.
Not every hour belongs to a job. Shop time, training, supply runs and paperwork can be logged as General time: pick No job (general time) when adding hours, or click Clock In (general time) on My Time or the technician dashboard. General time appears in its own row on your timesheet and under “General time” in Team Time, counts toward everyone’s hours totals and the Labor sheet of the financial records export, and starts out non-billable. It never lands on a job’s invoice or in a job’s profit and loss.
