Invite subs and send the request

The request detail is where invitations happen, before and after sending.

1. Add a subcontractor by email (company name optional but useful) when they are not in your connections yet.
2. Use Quick Add from Connections to invite a sub you have worked with before; already-invited contractors stay out of the picker.
3. Send the request. Every invitee gets it at once, linked to their Conduit company if the email matches one, or by email link if not.
4. Close the request when you are done taking submissions; closed requests stop accepting new bids.
