The calendar is the single place to see what is happening and when. Owners see every job and route. Technicians see their own assigned work. Switch between month, week, and day views, click any job to open its detail, and spot recurring-occurrence overlays at a glance.
01Month and week navigation
The calendar header shows the current period and three view tabs: Month, Week, and Day. Use the left and right arrows to move backward or forward. Today snaps back to the current date.
- Month view shows six weeks at a time, including padding days from the previous and next months.
- Week view shows a seven-day strip. Mobile collapses it into a simple list; desktop renders a time grid.
- Day view is the focused agenda for one date.
Clicking a day in month view drills into day view for that date.
02Job chips
Each job appears as a compact chip on its scheduled date.
- Color. The chip border and background match the job status: scheduled, confirmed, in progress, completed, and so on.
- Time. The scheduled start time is shown when the job has one.
- Title. The job title is truncated to fit the cell.
- Overflow. If more than three jobs land on the same day, the cell shows “+N more” and you can click through to day view.

03Recurring overlay
Recurring schedules project future occurrences onto the calendar as dashed-border chips. They look like jobs but link back to the schedule template instead of an individual job record.
- Dashed border. Recurring chips use a dashed border so you can tell them apart from regular jobs.
- Repeat icon. A small circular-arrow glyph marks recurring occurrences.
- Template link. Clicking the chip opens the recurring schedule, not a generated job.
The actual generated jobs appear as solid chips once Conduit creates them. See Recurring Schedules for how generation works.
04Google sync pointer
Conduit can push job dates to a Google Calendar so your office sees them alongside personal or shared calendars.
- Go to Settings → Integrations.
- Connect your Google account and authorize calendar access.
- Choose which job statuses sync and which calendar receives them.
- Saved jobs appear in Google Calendar within a few minutes.
The sync is one-way: Conduit pushes to Google. Changes made inside Google Calendar do not flow back into Conduit.
