Sync shows whether your connection is healthy, what goes to and from QuickBooks, and any record that needs a decision.
Turn on Send changes to QuickBooks under the health card to send Conduit’s changes. Until it is on, Conduit only receives changes from QuickBooks.
The Xero tab has the same Send changes to Xero switch.
- Find the QuickBooks and Xero tabs.
- Check the sync health.
- Click Sync now.
- Set customer payments to Both.
- Keep Conduit's version of the invoice that needs a decision.
- Switch to Prepare for taxes.
