The Recurring list shows every schedule with its status, frequency summary, next-run date, and generation count. Above it, an Upcoming Charges calendar shows the current month with a chip on any day that has charges coming due; the chip gives that day’s charge count and its exact total, to the cent. Below the month grid, Not active — draft schedules lists every draft you have with its next date, whether or not that date falls in the month you’re looking at, so a draft starting next quarter is still in front of you. Those dates are previews: nothing is generated or charged until you start the schedule. A schedule with a payment problem, missing payment method, or nothing awaiting verification floats to the top of its customer group with a needs-attention badge.
The search box above the list narrows it as you type. It matches any part of the schedule name, the customer’s name or company, the project, the service address, the amount (type 29.99 or $1,250), and the job type, without caring about capitals, so rob finds Robb Black. Type several words to require all of them: robb 29.99 shows only Robb’s $29.99 schedule. Search covers every schedule you have, not just the page on screen, and works with any sort order. When the list is filtered to one project (for example after starting a schedule from a project’s Recurring tab), the project shows as a chip next to the search; its × removes the filter.

- Search schedules to narrow the list.
- Clear the search to see all schedules again.
- Sort by Amount (high to low).
- Notice the status badge on each schedule.
- Notice the needs-attention badge on a schedule with a payment problem.
- Notice the autopay badge.
- Notice the delivery badge.
- Click Generate Now on an active schedule.
- Pause an active schedule.
- Resume the paused schedule.
- Click Edit on a schedule row.
- Delete a schedule.
