Choose company pricing for each accepted item, then preview the proposed quantity, source evidence, and source subtotal. The subtotal excludes kept contributions and manual bid lines. Review the exact open task inventory and acknowledge it, then preview again before applying the partial draft. Open tasks stay visible; an exclusion needs its own reason and does not follow automatically from claim review. Items marked existing, demolition, or alternate need an explicit include or exclude choice; unresolved drawing scope must be resolved in review or excluded. Reimporting into an existing draft requires the draft ID and an explicit resolution for revised or missing sources on the selected pages. A human change to a bid line stays in place until you review and accept a replacement. The resulting bid remains a draft; open its editor to add manual lines or adjust the proposal before sending it.
Supported symbols and routes inside embedded PDF graphics can also appear as editable proposals. Review them and verify any required scale before adding quantities to a bid. A partly processed page can still contain content that could not be interpreted. Its scope task remains visible in the saved bid. Expand Recorded unsupported content to read every recorded limitation, then open the task’s source page. A page-only link opens the drawing without a highlighted shape. Use manual takeoff for the remaining quantities, or record a deliberate bid exclusion with a reason. An older drawing version cannot open as the current source. Hidden or clipped vector shapes are not accepted as visible quantities; the unresolved content remains for manual review.
