When two generated proposals may describe the same physical object, inspect both retained representations and their source evidence. Choosing New work describes drawing scope; it does not settle physical identity. Choose one representation to keep for quantity review, or confirm that they are separate physical objects. Give a reason for that decision. Choosing one rejects the other proposal while retaining its geometry and evidence for inspection. Confirming separate objects leaves the other proposal pending its own scope and quantity review. If the group is incomplete or the sources remain uncertain, leave it pending and use manual takeoff. A changed plan version requires a fresh run. This synthetic lesson demonstrates the review controls, not customer-plan accuracy.
- Compare a retained representation with the drawing.
- Choose a physical identity decision.
- Explain the source evidence.
- Save the decision and inspect both statuses.
- Open manual takeoff when needed.
