Photos attach directly to the job so the crew and the office share the same record; open any photo to attach a note. Notes and comments run as two separate threads on the same page: Job Notes stays internal, while Comments can be shown to the customer.

When a customer has several active service addresses, Saved service address fills the street, city, state and ZIP for a standalone job. You can still edit the fields. The booking request review card offers the same choice before Confirm; leaving it unchanged keeps the address the customer requested. Existing jobs keep their copied address when a saved property changes.
