Work the complete RFI lifecycle

1. Create an RFI with a subject, detailed question, priority, and due date. Notice the next sequential project number.
2. Open an unanswered RFI and submit its formal response.
3. Close an answered RFI after the asker confirms it is sufficient.
4. Open the separate comment thread and post a clarification.
5. Sort the project RFIs by contractor.
6. Export the project RFI record as a PDF.
7. Toggle the GC view across mirror projects.

Comments preserve discussion while the formal response remains easy to cite. Subs see their own RFIs, while a GC can aggregate participating contractors. For related approval records, continue to Submittals and Specs or Change Orders.
