Every person on your team has a role and a permission tier. The roster page is where you add, edit, and remove people; the Permission Tiers tab is where you decide what each tier can actually do. Owners manage all of it; everyone else gets a read-only view of the tiers.
01Your team roster
Every member of your company, their role, and whether they’re currently available for new job assignments. Click a member to open their editor: change specialties, hourly rate, color, availability, or role, and remove them if they’ve left. Your plan’s seat usage shows right on the page, and owners get an audit trail of every role and permission change underneath the roster.
Try it yourself
- Read the roster: name, role, and availability for every member.
- Open a member and edit their specialties, then Save.
- Toggle whether they're accepting new job assignments.
- Change a member's role and confirm it.
- Remove a member from the company.
- Check how many seats your plan has left.
- Open the Audit Log tab.
- Review who changed what, and when.
02Inviting new team members
Send an email invite with a starting role attached. Invites sit pending for 7 days; if nobody accepts in time they move to expired history instead of vanishing, and you can resend one with a fresh link whenever you like.
Try it yourself
- Click Invite to open the invite form.
- Enter an email, pick a role, and send the invite.
- Read the pending invites list.
- Cancel a pending invite.
- Read the expired invite history.
- Resend an expired invite.
03Permission tiers
Owners can customize exactly what each tier is allowed to do: toggle individual capabilities on or off for a tier, and reset any tier back to its defaults. Changes apply company-wide the moment you save.
Try it yourself
- Read the capability matrix: one row per capability, one column per tier.
- Toggle a capability for a tier, then save.
- Reset a tier back to its defaults.
04What a non-owner sees
Only owners can change permissions. Everyone else gets a read-only version of the same tiers and capabilities, with one exception: renaming a tier is a personal display preference, not a permission, so anyone can do it for their own view.
Try it yourself
- Notice there's nothing to toggle: capabilities are read-only for a non-owner.
- Click a tier name and rename it for your own view.
