After linking measurements, open the bid form and use From Takeoff to add those items. Practice the actual import in Build the bid. The takeoff sidebar’s help button replays its tour; it does not create a bid.
Photo uploads appear as an inline grid alongside the project’s plan documents. Open any thumbnail for a larger preview; PDFs and other plan files keep their normal document controls.
- Upload a PDF, image, Word, or Excel document.
- Open an inline project photo, then close the full view.
- Open the new-version form and upload a revision.
- Review and download earlier versions.
- Observe how linked plans follow the work.
